Bio

Ashton Price is an established composer, producer and engineer with his Toronto based production company, Morph Productions. Since graduating from Fanshawe College's acclaimed Music Industry Arts program over 15 years ago, he has worked on exciting projects in the television and gaming worlds, both nationally and internationally.

Branching out into music licensing, halfway around the world, his compositions can be heard in the successful Malaysian TV shows "Ghost" and "10". He also co-wrote the theme song to the Speed Network's internationally aired "Sports Car Revolution". Several songs he also co-wrote have been licensed to the hit Canadian show, "Zoe Busiek: Wild Card" and international phenomenon "Degrassi: The Next Generation".

Video game music licensing is the next big thing, and Ashton has already tapped into its potential with one of his songs being used in the xBox game by BugBear - "Flatout-Ultimate Carnage. He was also composed the music and sound effects for an online video game by online gambling giant Bodog/Fiver Media.

Ashton continues to write his own music, as well as write with other exciting artists covering the spectrum of rock, pop and hip-hop. His talents include being a session musician, beat creator, and songwriter on top of engineering and producer. Some of the companies Ashton has done work for in the past include Sony/ATV Canada, Sony/Epic U.S.A., Linus Entertainment/Universal, and Upperclass/EMI amongst others.
