Ashton has had success and gained a lot of experience writing with different artists. Work that he did with artists such as Kazzer and Manna got him a publishing deal with Sony Publishing in 2001. His co-writes have since been promoted as singles by major labels and he has had numerous licensing deals with TV and Film.

Licensing highlights include The Speed Network using a tune he wrote with Linus/Universal artist Kazzer for the theme song of their tv show "Sports Car Revolution", which is aired in 13 different countries. In Addition to this Ashton has had his music placed in other shows such as "Degrassi: The Next Generation" and video games such as the XBOX 360 game "Flat Out: Ultimate Carnage"".

Ashton uses his experience to get his clients' songs as marketable as possible, while not drifting too far from the artist's original vision. He's available for co-writing with artists and can provide music for singers who've written songs and don't play an instrument.
